Project Director within a project concerning the maintenance and support for an application comprising several modules:
Business Support and Control System (BSCS) – an end-to-end customer care and billing system, designed to deliver across all wireless and wireline networks in the worldwide marketplace.
Credit Control Process Handler (CCPH) – an application which supports the credit control and collections process by initiating workflows or by adding events to existing workflows. Thus, CCPH interfaces between the credit control process carried out by Cost Control Handler (CCH) and the workflow processing, carried out by Order Management Server (OMS), depending on the customers billing account type (pay-in-advance postpaid or pure postpaid).
Batch Execution Engine (BEE) – an application which carries out batch jobs that are used to perform one action for multiple customers at the same time.
Velecom Information Center (VIX) – a web client application for customer care. This  front-end application is used to create new customers, new contracts, assign services etc, tailored to the client’s needs.

  • In charge of carrying out budgetary forecasts on the project development costs.

Project Director within a project concerning the development of a tool used in service design, helping the company’s clients define of modify the processes of a service by using a dashboard. The application can be accessed via the web and it is compatible with the multi-touch peripherals (tablets, touch screens).

Project Director within a project concerning the development of two main types of applications:
– JAVA applications: the “IsiForYou” scalable applications portal designed for the infrastructure management of large real estate sites and the “BPMS” portal to which consumers can connect in order to perform consumption estimations (water, gas, electricity) and manage their incidents. The “IsiForYou” application comprises a Real Estate Management Services platform, providing multiple services, chosen by users according to their needs and expectations.
– mobile applications allowing to access exploited data in reading and afterwards in writing mode, within Web applications developed as well by the Pentalog teams. The first version was done for iOS for iPhone, and after a few months, a new version was developed for iPad. The application was later ported to Android mobile phones, then gradually to Android tablets.

Project Director within a project which aims at providing a solution intended for all the actors involved in the company’s sourcing process, through an application composed of two parts: mobile and web. The mobile part allows field buyers to collect information about suppliers and manage deals, while the warehouse managers and accountants can access it to update the status of the closed deals and report payment once the delivery has been made. The web part is addressed to the sourcing managers and the category managers supporting them in following up the sourcing activity and setting goals to field buyers, through different dashboards and reports.
