Transitioning offsite dealing teams Equity, FX and FI business in house and developing new trade flow processes. Testing packaging and releasing of Dealing platform upgrades such as ITG and Tradeweb. Implementing Swaps trading connectivity via Tradeweb and designing Markitwire affirmation reporting. Implementation of futures trading via EMSX. Extensive futures certification testing. Implementation of FXall as a support FX trading platform. Managing the BMO relationship with Fidessa.
