* PMO Governance: Responsible for maintaining PMO Governance processes across Finance, HR, Accenture Transformation and Mobilisation Team. PMO utilised Sales force to monitor timecard submissions and administer scrum team sprint milestones and provided ``burn down charts'' updated on programme status report weekly. Develop ops team programme plans for delivery and implementation.
Accenture - Tier 1 Financial Services - PMO Practitioner working directly with Major Investment bank on a large ($MM) transformational systems integration program.
* Worked with client PMO Lead and Project Manager to provide programme status reporting to programme board. Led and took responsibility of client and contractor on-boarding. Collaborate with client PM to work on business case re-planning. Facilitated Programme board meetings, programme delivery workshops and requirements interviews. Approved programme templates (Change Request, Actions. Issue, Risk RAIDS logs) and process mapping.
