I have the responsability to rewrite an application that calculates the rates that the bank ofers to a client on a long period of time.
Main activities:
- understand the functionality of the application; - rewrite the application using Java 8 with Spring Boot; - write unit tests; - make debug sessions on the old application to understand what needs to be developed( in paralel, because the old application is live, I need to make debug sessions for our data warehouse developers in order to provide the correct parameters that are used to calculate some deals);
- respond via the ticketing platform and communicate with our partners; - use Teradata(database) on different environments(production, quality, test); - participate to Agile meetings.

I had the opportunity to take part in a financial project. It's purpose was to investigate possible fraud actions based on the client's details.
Main activities:
- participated in scrum activities like dailies, demos, retrospectives and plannings, sometimes with our project owner and architect;
- communicated directly with our clients when I needed clarifications on a certain functionality;
-created tasks in Jira and reported the bugs;
- needed to understand the business requirements directly from the client; - manual tested the web application and where needed, created tests using Protractor;
