Channel Management Systems (Fax Server, SMS Server, Email Server, and Call Center)
In Setiran, I was responsible for running and managing services and servers in the IT infrastructure. As a network administrator, I was working on network security using Kerio Control for managing firewall rules, DNS, DHCP, and also providing remote access solutions. As a system administrator, I was responsible for maintaining physical servers (HP DL380 and ML350), and managing virtual servers using VMware ESXi 6.5 and Hyper-V. I was also administrating services inside the servers like Active Directory, File Services, WSUS, and Web Servers. As an IT Operation Engineer, I was responsible for software deployment in more than 50 projects, resolving customer's issues (Application and VOIP Troubleshooting), and holding teaching sessions for end-users. I tried to work closely with developers to give feedback from production and provide them environments to help them develop and test applications quickly and reliably.
