Working for CISCO on the cutting edge IPTV deployment. He built a IPTV project for CISCO/NDS, I He has configured an end 2 end DVB-IP Hybrid head end, with Encryption. Propriety systems, Harmonics, TS Analyzer, MPEG, DVB-SI,RHEL, Vmware. I built a replica of the GET TV head end comprising multiple technologies including cutting edge and legacy equipment.

Etisalat (Dubai based Telco) VOD Project – Full delivery and maintenance of the end to end solutions, Integration of a large scale VOD project comprising cisco 3750 switches, Oracle RAC 10G, Redhat Linux ES4, Harmonic Video servers and edge QAMS. Using JBOSS application server in conjunction with Tomcat running on a pure Linux environment, his role involved troubleshooting from the client side to the server side, troubleshooting from the network layer to the protocol layer based in Dubai. He documented the VOD solution that was delivered to the customer and trained his replacement in order to leave Dubai.

Numericable Project – Integration of a highly successful commercial VOD project using Scientific Atlanta edge QAM, Arroyo video server, Oracle RAC, JBOSS, Java. He performed the role of 24 hour support and on site troubleshooting based in Champs sur Marne in France.

Portugal Telecom Project – Integration of subscriber management solution and video streaming solution, based in Portugal.

T-Systems - Osman was a key player in the launching of a new service involving many new channels from a newly launched satellite.
