Front End Developer

Developing software as a front-end developer in a Scrum / Kanban working environment. My main responsibilities and some of my achievements include:
- building an internal app from scratch, that enables the marketing team to configure and customize an iOS and android application. ( React / Redux / Nodejs )
- code reviewing in order to ensure best practices and standards are met by everyone working on the project
- delivering new features with a high unit test code coverage. ( Jest / React Testing Library)
- planning and estimating development time in order to release new versions of software in a controlled and timely manner.
- assuring code maintenance for all our current apps that are in production.
This involves code cleanup, refactoring and occasionally some bug fixing.

AVELON

Working on developing scalable websites and web apps using Angular6
framework and NodeJs. My responsibilities include building the UI, code implementation and unit testing. The projects I work on require a good understanding and knowledge of NodeJs and javascript based frameworks.
I am required to write clean and reusable code for large scaling applications, taking into account the business logic and services wanted by each client
I am familiar and comfortable with NodeJs server side and Angular client side, also known as MEAN Stack, where MongoDb , Express , Angular and NodeJs work togheter in building dynamic websites and applications and where javascript runs on every level of the application, making it an efficient and a modern approach to web development
For the past months, I have also been working with react-redux and other third-party libraries like redux-saga, redux-forms, gulp, webpack etc. I am comfortable with test driven development and we mostly use Jest and Enzime, the two testing frameworks created by Facebook and Airbnb
