Front End Developer

Internal developments:

▪ Telephone Self-Service Component (CAT for its acronym in Spanish). IVR self-management for clients and related, initially, focused on the insurance sector.

Developed on Asterisk using TTS and ASR to extend communication with users.

Allows interconnection to DB Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SMS sending and emails, WS execution, bank payments, among others.

▪ In development: Application that allows to generate and host reports, generate indicators of management, developed under Tomcat, JSF, Primefaces, Bootstrap, Oracle and SQL Server.

▪ In development: Sales Management System and Administration which leverages the activities (quotation, orders, agenda, promotions and discounts, among others) of the sales force, channels and distributors, as well as supports administrative processes (billing, accounts receivables, commissions, discounts, bank reconciliation, among others). Supports warehouse management and inventory control. Developed with the MEAN stack (Open Source - Full JavaScript).
