Design, develop and coordinate game, application, and content development: Hands-on program-manager for the development of a AAA 3D / VR racing game using Unity: Programmed proof of concept demos for physics, artificial intelligence, particle effects, sound effects, game statistics and HUD display. Grew team from two developers to seven. Provide scrum master support for US and India teams: hold standups, remove impediments, improve process. Provide plan for a projected growth of engineers, artists and other development support staff with an eye for constant process improvement. Devised optimal content transfer system across Asia, Europe and South America and the process for stakeholder approval.
