◆ Pharmaceutics: led the definition of the 3-year digital health strategy for the neuroscience business unit. Directly managed 1 Senior Associate, 1 Analyst and 1 Intern.

◆ Aeronautics: led the definition of the Digital Workplace strategy and selected solutions to modernize the internal communication and collaboration across the Group.

◆ Aeronautics: managed the deployment of intranet and collaborative tools for 25K+ employees as part of the M&A between 2 international players, within the Group Communication team.

◆ Aeronautics: managed on the IT side the rationalization of ERPs dedicated to the after-sales activities (1000+ man-days, EUR 900K budget).

◆ Fast fashion: led the launch and growth of the brand in Russia and CIS. Activities included: (i) the setup management of the entire e-commerce ecosystem, (ii) the definition and rollout of the marketing strategy (several hundred thousand GBP budget per year), (iii) the management of the operation team (1 PR Agency, 2 Digital Marketers, 1 Social Media and Content Manager), and (iv) definition and presentation to the CEO of a 4-year growth plan to reach GBP 100M+ revenue.

◆ Beauty: defined the e-commerce strategy, recommended solutions, and delivered guidelines for local Entities to set up and roll out partnerships with e-retailers for its unique ultra-luxury brand.

◆ Seconded the Co-Founder & CEO on various activities regarding the management and growth of the company (20 people): strategy, fundraising, budgeting, reporting, organization, HR, marketing, sales, and product delivery. Profitability was reached in January 2019.

◆ In&Win is the mobile app that lets shoppers walk into stores and win reward points, just for visiting. It is also a unique program for great retailers. By joining the In&Win program, retailers can reward customers at the store entrance and delight them with a personalized experience. Based on the iBeacon / BLE technology, shoppers are recognized as soon as they walk into a store, allowing a one-to-one dialogue with them. The impact is significant and measurable for retailers: boost foot traffic in stores and towards specific store areas, Improve sales conversion rate, foster customer loyalty and get precious insights on customer behaviors and truly enable one-to-one mobile marketing.
