* Generate and license compliance reports (regularly or upon request) by leveraging existing software asset management tool and software discovery tool, evaluate business/ financial impact, determine the clients current license position, and communicate results and recommendations to management, business, and technology units and legal
* Interpret Vendor software (Microsoft, VMware, Oracle etc,) license agreements and identify rules, obligations, and product metrics to ensure compliance with all software licenses agreements and software usage.
* Sourced, set up and spearhead meetings and sign on companies/individuals on jobberman.com platform
* Identified client's needs & recommend recruitment solutions using Jobberman's products & services; Identify ways to increase retail penetration of Jobberman's products to all companies/individuals in all industry
* Managed a portfolio of leads generated through business directory, professional bodies/association, job fairs & other sources.
* Responsible for attaining monthly self and team sales targets
* Seek for new ways of up selling & exceeding customers' expectations
* Track, monitor and report all competitors' activity
* Developed direct mass mailings which resulted in 8% growth of client base
