Directly reporting to the Country Manager, I consistently renewed and retained the enterprise accounts, including the top 3 largest IBM Romania accounts. Having more than 25 mils. USD in closed deals (often over-achieving the targeted quota), I coordinated large teams of sales representatives, IT architects, bid, procurement and legal teams in order to close business opportunities and deliver projects in both public and private sector.

EUR (largest IT projects in Romania in 2010, 2011 and 2012 - many of them being EU funded projects). Constantly worked with company board and all the functional units' leaders (HR, Finance, Sales, Pre-sales, Support) in order to define, prioritize, and develop company strategy. Ensured all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches in project management. Set the direction for the organization's project governance. Acted as mentor for project managers in areas like:

As a Technical Manager, I was responsible, since the startup of the company, for leading the technical teams in all the software projects - from design and engineering to project management, team leading and pre-sales activity. As a senior software developer, I was in charge with the design and development of web enabled applications, including CMS (Content Management Systems) and back-office applications. My work involved developing web applications for the European Commission and its related agencies.
