I managed all the operations, including business strategy, sales, marketing, delivery and HR for a 60-people software and services company with offices in Bucharest, Pitești and Constanța.

- Built short and long-term action plans as well as product and sales strategies. 

- Developed strategic partnerships with various business partners in both private and public sectors.

- Defined and applied main business processes (Sales & marketing, Product Delivery, HR, Management).

TeamNet International. I provided leadership to support the PMO's key activities. Grew the Project Management Office from 9 to 32 people in 2 years (largest PMO organization in Romania in 2012). Supervised the development and implementation of more than 50 projects, with contract values from 100K EUR to 30 mils. EUR (largest IT projects in Romania in 2010, 2011 and 2012 - many of them being EU funded projects). Constantly worked with company board and all the functional units' leaders
(HR, Finance, Sales, Pre-sales, Support) in order to define, prioritize, and develop company strategy. Ensured all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches in project management. Set the direction for the organization's project governance.  Acted as mentor for project managers in areas like:

* Customer account management
* Key suppliers' management
* Budgeting and financial monitoring
* Subcontractors negotiations and contracting
* Business opportunities generation

OmniSource was a Romanian-Italian company specialized in outsourcing services and mobile solutions. As a Technical Manager, I was responsible, since the startup of the company, for leading the technical teams in all the software projects - from design and engineering to project management, team leading and pre-sales activity.
I coached developers in architecture and coding style in several programming languages. I was actively involved in resource recruitment, growing team from
2 to 10 employees.

I participated together with the company owners in finding market opportunities, driving business transformation and grew revenue 250% in 3 years.

ü I managed development of Mobile Ticker™ application, first Italian mobile trading product. Mobile Ticker is a mobile trading application, developed for InvestNet SPA, an Italian customer.

Software, a UK based company.

Product for Decision Technologies, an English customer.
