TeamNet International. I provided leadership to support the PMO's key activities. Grew the Project Management Office from 9 to 32 people in 2 years (largest PMO organization in Romania in 2012). Supervised the development and implementation of more than 50 projects, with contract values from 100K EUR to 30 mils. OmniSource was a Romanian-Italian company specialized in outsourcing services and mobile solutions. As a Technical Manager, I was responsible, since the startup of the company, for leading the technical teams in all the software projects - from design and engineering to project management, team leading and pre-sales activity.
