I am part of the Customer Success team, as a Technical Consultant for Gainsight, one of the tools that help the CSMs in achieving their mission. I'm involved in all aspects of implementing Gainsight, from business requirements gathering from the leadership teams or CSMs, through actual building the solution, to delivering and providing support for it. I also help facilitate the necessary business enhancements for Gainsight, along with my teammates. This can be regarded as a long term project, since it's in continuous development, following an (be it imperfect) Agile methodology. Although I haven't been part of the company for a long time, I feel that I learned a lot in the past months and I am eager to take this experience one step further. From what I've gathered through the years, I am at my best when trying to help others and, for me, the role of a PM is to bring the team together and enable them to achieve the best results possible. Optymyze April 2017 - December 2018 Business Analyst (Consultant) I am working as a consultant, providing valuable insights to the clients. I analyze their requests and implement them in the Optymyze platform. I help clients make business decisions based on the inputs received and the thorough configuration which we are performing in the back-end. My main achievement is that I have managed to develop my technical skills in a fast-growing company and I continued working on delivering remarkable results. Another advantage is that the current workflow is Agile and I consider this complementary to the PMI way I was using in my career so far. On my future assignments I will make an informed decision about which workflow to follow based on my experience, bringing together the best of both worlds.

 I have a great deal of experience in working with clients, as it's the most important part of my job and the one that brings the most satisfaction. I enjoy having to deal with their requests each day and finding ways to accommodate them and to bring added value to the studies we are conducting. Main responsibilities: - managing the department's largest account - coordinating multiple teams to achieve our goals - escalation point for both internal teams and clients - part of the team that is in the process of migrating all the studies to a new platform. Aside from the above which mainly dealt with clients and ensuring are projects are running smoothly, I was also a consultant for the team, providing the expert judgement for anyone in need. I enjoyed working with my teammates and helping them in finding solutions to their troubles. I acted as a mediator whenever needed and did my best to grow the people around me. Last, but not least, in a matrix organization as defined by the PMI, I was both a program manager and a deputy functional manager. I was unsure on how to handle projects at first, but with different situations and a plurality of clients, I started gaining experience. My work ethic has always defined me and I was the first to follow the rules, but I learned in time that flexibility is one of a project manager's best assets. As a project manager I was in charge of handling multiple online market research studies. I coordinated a team of two scriptwriters on each of them in order to reach our objectives. I advanced from junior PM to senior PM in 3 years, as I demonstrated my ability to learn fast and satisfy the clients' needs on a daily basis. Athenee Palace Hilton October 2012 - April 2013 Receptionist My first job was in the hospitality industry and showed me how real-life experiences are different from mock ups or university exams. Although inexperienced and struggling with the demanding schedule, I did my best and learned quite fast, making the best of this opportunity. I represented the client's first interaction with the hotel and kept in touch with all the other departments to make the guests feel like home. I was appreciated by them and it was my first sign that working with clients, getting to know them and solving their problems is what I should pursue. Main responsibilities included continuous communication with the guests, checking them in and out, all tasks involved in making them happy with their hotel choice and financial audits at the end of each shift.
