Responsibilities:
- Take the requirements defined by the PO and Business Analyst, taking as consideration the business
need behind, and technical limitations
- Create user flows based in the users (IBM business partners, and internal IBMers) needs, having in mind
the tasks they want to accomplish (and meet business needs from the IBM side)
- Define user personas in order to create empathy with the users, and understand the target users
- Create wireframes and sketches, these are used as first steps for reviews with BA, development team
and PO, in order to meet business needs and technical limitations (responsive designs)
- Creation of mockups and prototypes for the developers and user testing (responsive designs)
- Have regular meetings with users, stakeholders and clients for reviews
- Implement and use IBM design system, following the guidance and standards in the mockups and
prototypes
- About the current project; Since the current project is about a migration from an old tool to a new
one, it's important to understand the original behavior in order to migrate the processes behind,
considering the original technology implemented, improving the experience for the users, creating
new experiences and designs for them. Current project working on agile.

employees, with some roles as developers, QAs and PMs.
- Arrangement of regular meetings with the managers, and team leads, in order to define goals and
skills to improve in the team. Some examples of skills defined: Digital Marketing, UX, leadership,
communication, CSS3, HTML5, JS, Design Thinking, Agile, PM, SEO, Analytics, optimization, etc.
- Provide material related with education, this as for the use of internal tools, internal processes, as with

certifications, etc.

- Define due dates depending with the client's needs, budget, priority, resources, and design standards
from the IBM design system.
- Provide financial status of the project; Provide status through regular meetings with the stakeholders.
Some activities included: Estimate hours for development, understand the requirements and define the
complexity, assign budget for development, not spend more that originally estimated per year and
quarter.

required to complete important updates for an important event, launch or even, an important
acquisition of IBM inside the IBM.com web pages (the deliverables were from simple updates, to
complex web sites development).
- Excellent time management; The requirements handled as tickets. The tickets were measurable with
time, and level of complexity. This factor was important in order to meet the times of delivery and
completion.
