- Manage day-to-day vessel-related problems including operational and technical support.

- Work with assigned vessel personnel to ensure they operate according to the policies, procedures, and performance standards.

2. FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis ) team leader
- Initiate the diving system drawings and the interfaces with the DSV.

- Revise the drawings according to the IMCA requirements.

- Analyze different systems (air supply, power supply, communication…etc) as a standalone system and then analyze the whole system.

- Extract the failure modes and the critical components and send the recommendations to the site.

- Visit the site to verify and test the system after the recommended changes had been accomplished.
3. Owner reative
- Manage the shipbuilding Project from the contract writing passing by the design, building, commissioning, testing, delivery and bring into service successfully.

- Make the Market studies and prepare the final shipbuilding orders.

- Coordinate, revise and approval with the design offices and the shipyards the final technical and commercial agreements for the shipbuilding orders.

- Define, clarify and develop the project objectives, targets, tasks, scopes and schedules.

- Coordinate the activities across the project sectors such as design drawings issuance, review and approval all over the different shipbuilding stages, including the quality inspections for all the supplied and constructed items including the subcontracted works.

- Attend and inspect the quality of the Hull, machinery and electrical installations.

- Review, attend and approve the QC site inspections with the shipyard and the class surveyors.

- Provide the necessary technical support and systems improvement solutions.

- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors for the different equipment supplies subcontracted constructions and monitor their performance.

- Provide consultant services for the issuance, review and approval of the different ship manuals, drawings, calculations.

- Follow up the flag circulars and requirements, class rules and guidelines, industrial and owner standards updates and ensure implementing them each within its scope during the shipbuilding process.

- Checking project progress toward meeting its targets of quality, cost and timing.

- Determining the cause of deviations from the plan and take the effective corrective and preventive measures.

- Project Status reporting.

- Handle and coordinate all the administration works including the ship delivery, agency and port disbursement.

- Check and inspect the vessel systems including the structural elements, piping systems, electrical and electronic systems.

- Supervise the building and installation of an offshore crane into our vessel INW-5.
