Provide technical support for software applications managed by ICC for its partners.
Perform system and database administration tasks such as tuning/optimization, patching, monitoring, backups, maintenance plan, clustering. Install, configure, maintain and support the application technology stack (web servers (IIS v6/7.5/8.5), application servers (Win2k3/2k8/2k12), database servers (MS SQL 2008/2012/2014/2016), including release/package deployments in the application environments supported.
