The Powered team in BT Openworld were charged with "selling" white label  ISP products to big blue chip brands.  For example handbag.com (Boots ISP).  My role within this organisation was to assist the Strategic Director in planning who to target with existing products and sourcing potential new white label products for partners.


*  Wrote the strategic 5 year plan for the powered team taking into account future markets, companies and products.


*  Scoped potential new products for viability e.g. micropayments, Voip.


*  Undertook competitor analysis to aid the development of future plans


*  ed recommendations to the CEO of BT openworld as to the future high street activity which led to the creation of a separate team who successfully signed up numerous high street stores to have point of sale units with BT Internet discs
