Roles and Responsibilities:
• Fixed Term Contract (7 months).
• Acting as both Project Manager as well as Program Technical Lead.
• Supporting the EMEA Sales Operations Department during a major business transformation due to the fact that HP has divided its business into two independent companies. My role was to support the initial HP with the separation and to manage business partner engagement IT tools and systems during the transition.

As Project Manager, I was in charge of:
• Overall management of the company separation process at EMEA Sales
Operations Department level, assisting the Program Manager;
• Project planning, resource allocation, separation team coordination;
• Following-up on project development status and building dashboards for
executive management.

As Program Technical Lead, I was in charge of:
• Assessing impact of company split on business partner engagement IT tools
and systems;
• Planning and running migrations, cloning resources, mapping and cleaning
data sources, adapting and further developing legacy business reports and
software tools, including SQL Server database objects and stored procedures,
in order to make them fit for dedicated work in each company, after the split;
• Building technical design deliverables in order to document maintenance
procedures of IT tools and reports;
• Coordinating UAT execution by the Global Business Systems development
• Ensuring smooth operation of both HP legal entities after the separation, from a
business partner IT tools, reports and systems perspective.
