• Working on the day-to-day tasks of a large-scale financial build project, managing a team of developers, UX consultant and designer using Agile methodology; working closely with product owner and stakeholders. • Managing a mid-size website redesign project for ALCS, working closely with the developer team, user experience designer, external design team, stakeholders and also coached less experienced colleagues. • Driving forward the web usability team, organizing and setting up user testing sessions. My tasks varied from convincing clients of the necessity of user testing, creating test scripts as well as planning other usability projects and mentoring junior team members.
