Support to T1XX project to Material Handling and Mig Robots, create new programs with Magna standards about interferences zones, tool zones (also on PLC AB 5000), Setup and Creation of welding parameters to get a good Welding Penetration Standard.
Mapping Digital I/O. Creation of new projects in Robot FANUC r30ib like:
- I create Users Levels and Acces to Fanuc Menus using XML programming.
- I create a project to ensure quality Welding and it this that Just weld Techs can move robot angles and Weld Parameters and Robotic another advanced tasks.
- I create a project to Stop the Robot when the Welding starts to be perforated using System Variables.
- I create Automatic Gas Purge in a specific Hour without use the PLC. Send signals from Robot to PLC like Motor Torque G2, UOP signals, Weld Length etc.
- I create a project to Enable and Disable DCS robot without using PLC to drop the rail part in tooling Work and not in other space in case somebody open the robot clamps accidentally and can hurts somebody.
- Improvements on Site to reduce Time Cicle. Like: Porgramming Pounce in the Robots. balance the Quantity of  Weld in robots.

Trouble shooting for PLC siemens 300 programs and Robots issues as mechanical as electronic.
I supervise 14 technician and one Team Leader and also and create the Work Orders activities on SAP, Extra Time, Vacations, Technician Schedules.
Manage the maintenance of specialized equipment, such as PLC and Robots, and help develop the skills of the technical staff to improve maintenance break downs.
I also create reports for KIA president when there is a failure over 20 minutes.

I worked for a couple of days in Chrysler Toluca for JC500 project, in this project I used NACHI ROBOTS for spot welding and FANUC ROBOT for MIG WELDING.
I went to warren Detroit for training NACHI ROBOTS and to ECATEPEC MEXICO city for servo gun training with NACHI ROBOTS.
I went to QUERETARO city in MEXICO to give support about MOTOMAN ROBOT DX200 and SMART VISION SYSTEM to detect some parts of the ARM REST TRUCKS.

I createt two grippers for Two Motoman Robot DX100 controllers to take the coils springs we produce for several clients.                                                                                                                                            
I programmed in PLC Beckhoff cx1100, 4 analogue pression sensor from 1 to 16 bars to measure the pressure of four bomb waters motors.                                                                                                                                                                    
I implement the RCM Predictive Maintenance for all the motors of differents horse power with GUN TERMOGRAPHI FLUKE.
I programmes two cortains light to count all the coils springs we produced in each ship and how many we lost in each ship. The courtains were installed in a paint line conveyor by the technician I had each ship.

Jhonson Controls is a plastic injection factory.
I worked in Jhonson Controls like Robot Junior, I create some arm tools for Robots ABB IRB2600, FANUC 200ic, Robot Tracer, Robot Star, Robot SEPRO all of them were use for several kind of injection molds.
I also create new programs for all the robots for the news number parts or styles, our most important clients were GM, CHRYSLER, FORD.
