  • Daily Scrum meetings to synchronize about headlines in progress, what has been done, what do we need to do and finding eventual blocking points that need to be solved.

Site Manager - Low Current Systems 

Project Description: The scope of the project was to deliver a new fully functional terminal building for an airport according to approved plans.
Team tasks (13 team members: Site Manager, technical staff): analysis of the technical solution and project specifications, follow the approved technical design plans and specifications, follow technical mounting requirements, provide functional tests for the installed systems, synchronize with the rest of the teams following the overall delivery schedule of the construction site. The team had to deliver 9 complex low current systems in parallel, systems that covered a 3000 sq. m building.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures;
  • Ensuring site safety by performing safety inspections;
  • Sourcing equipment and materials;
  • Checking and preparing reports for client;
  • Constantly monitoring the progress of the project;
  • Periodical syncing with the client or client’s representatives to update on progress;
  • Keeping staff motivated and focused;
  • Providing technical trainings;
  • Holding recurrent team meetings to update on progress;
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, using professional construction management software applications.

Technical Solutions Engineer (October 2011 - May 2015)
  • Development of technical and financial solutions, installation coordination, system release, for a wide range of systems: Public Address and Voice Alarm, Security, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishing, CCTV, HVAC and Automation Systems, consideringthe customer's requirements and effectively needs, the legislation and regulations, and the technical documentation of the equipment to be used.
  • Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed on the systems above.

- Logistic and technical support for Smiths Heimann GmbH Company representatives, during the installing and uninstalling of the CIP300 X-Ray Scanner For Cars on a Customs Site.
